Over 4 months later windows came in, 6 were sized incorrectly and one was cracked during installation. Caulking job inside was sloppy & they left us with a clear glass window inside a shower for over two weeks before returning to apply a privacy coating. Then we were told 5 weeks for correct windows to be delivered.

So we had home Genius do our roof, and we had a small hiccups come up but Home Genius and there crews immediately fixed and remedied the issues. Silverio their crew lead was extremely professional and knowledgeable. And Devan did the final clean up and paperwork and was beyond professional. And we will be getting quotes for our windows from Devan this week.

Today I text Mr. Carrasquillo with regards to my refund at which time he responded that the refund was processed and I should have it by weeks end. Completely finished in two days, with clean up like they were never there. When I'm ready for gutters, i'll call them again. Zachary, Justin and Devan took their time to explain everything, and answer all my questions. Better than my neighbors had done from another company. Kept you informed and questions, concerns were taken care of in a timely manner.
